Contract Review Representative

Review customer Purchase Orders and related documents, then order jobs and release them to appropriate departments. Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve incoming order issues and answer inquiries via phone or email regarding job status. Locate relevant Quality system documentation and coordinate with Valence departments to answer and resolve customer problems. Competently process paperwork with little supervision while following company procedures by completing checklists and notifying superiors of issues. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and demonstrate a high degree of craftsmanship to handle difficult work. This role requires access to EAR or ITAR controlled technologies and eligibility under U.S. export control laws. Applicants must be U.S. persons.
