Job Summary
Contract Recruiter role focusing on remote, full-lifecycle recruiting for nanny/domestic staffing placements. Responsibilities include high-volume sourcing and screening, coordinating 125+ calls per week and 10+ interviews weekly, managing inbound client and candidate interactions, guiding clients through registration and placement processes, writing and posting job descriptions, assessing candidates’ experience and fit, and collaborating with a nationwide recruiter team to accelerate placements. Requirements emphasize 3+ years in sales or recruiting, success in commission-based roles, strong communication and negotiation skills, organizational discipline, comfort working with high-profile clients, ownership mindset, teamwork, and proficiency with CRM tools and modern recruiting software.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales or recruiting experience (required)
- Proven success in commission-based or performance-driven roles
