Job Summary
The Contract Recruiter will proactively guide candidates through the entire hiring process for both hourly and salaried roles, focusing on enhancing the candidate experience from prospecting through onboarding. Responsibilities include attracting candidates using creative sourcing methods, recruiting for challenging positions, qualifying candidates through resume reviews and interviews, and managing communications effectively within the Applicant Tracking System. The candidate should possess strong relationship-building abilities, a sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to solve problems creatively. A passion for recruiting and proficiency in both verbal and written communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Relationship building skills with hiring managers
- Confidence to jump in and move on open requisitions
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent time management capabilities
- Good judgment and ability to uphold confidentiality
- Passionate about recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
