Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Finance without a full ATS, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Workforce Now. Partner with hiring leaders and HRBPs to define staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies for manufacturing environments, and screen candidates for sites in Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota. Coordinate remote and onsite interviews, maintain accurate data reporting, and provide weekly updates on pipeline health. Requires 7+ years of medical device recruiting experience and ability to manage multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ yrs proven experience as a contract or agency recruiter in manufacturing of medical devices
- Manufacturing industry recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles
- Experience supporting multi-site hiring across the U.S.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, consistent updates
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Active experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Must be able to work across multiple time zones to support hiring teams in FL, IN, and MN
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Experience with HR/ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
