Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Finance without a full ATS, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ADP Workforce Now. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies for manufacturing environments, and build candidate pipelines. Screen, interview, and present candidates to hiring teams while coordinating remote and onsite interviews across Florida, Indiana, and Minnesota. Provide weekly updates on recruiting activity and pipeline health, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining accurate data reporting. Manage multiple requisitions and priorities independently while supporting a multi-site hiring effort across the U.S. during a critical scaling period for this regenerative medicine CDMO.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ yrs proven experience as a contract or agency recruiter in manufacturing of medical devices
- Manufacturing industry recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles
- Experience supporting multi-site hiring across the U.S.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, consistent updates
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Active experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Must be able to work across multiple time zones to support hiring teams in FL, IN, and MN
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Experience with HR/ATS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
