Job Summary
Contract Recruiter for Impact Workforce Solutions in Canonsburg, PA, on-site contract role supporting full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, and support positions. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach; managing the full lifecycle from posting to offer; collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and culture; conducting phone screens and in-person interviews; maintaining candidate records in the ATS; developing proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines; coordinating pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens, onboarding); meeting recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire, retention). On-site at Legrand facility with typical Monday–Friday schedule; EOE.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years recruiting experience
- manufacturing/industrial/staffing experience preferred
- Experience sourcing through Indeed/LinkedIn/social media
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple requisitions
- experience recruiting for skilled trades a plus
- knowledge of employment law and compliant hiring practices
