Job Summary
HR Generalist / Recruiter (Contract) at IPG in Truro, NS. Supports full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. Partners with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, builds candidate pipelines, ensures a positive candidate experience, and contributes to payroll and benefits administration as needed. Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently completing)
- Interest in recruitment and people-focused work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- Experience with Dayforce Recruitment Module considered an asset
