Job Summary
Contract Recruiter role focused on full-cycle recruiting for contingent and direct-hire engagements within manufacturing, reliability, and engineering sectors. Partner with Strategic Account Managers and Recruiting leadership to build talent pipelines, conduct candidate assessments and reference checks, coordinate interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain compliant recruiting records. Drive sourcing strategies using internal systems, referrals, social platforms, and external networks while meeting performance metrics and revenue goals. Remote-enabled with Charleston, SC base and potential remote arrangements; requires strong communication, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years recruiting experience
- experience supporting both contingent and direct hire recruiting models
- experience recruiting across manufacturing, reliability, and engineering roles
- experience in business-to-business, phone-based environments is strongly preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1–2+ years of experience in a recruiting-related role
- Experience supporting both contingent workforce and direct hire recruiting models
- Proven success recruiting across manufacturing, reliability, and engineering roles
- Experience in business-to-business, phone-based environments is strongly preferred
