Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, assess movement patterns, strength, and range of motion, and diagnose impairments to develop individualized treatment plans. Design and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities while educating patients on self-care strategies, home exercises, and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to monitor progress, adjust plans, and discharge patients appropriately. Requires one year of home health experience and HCHB charting proficiency. Schedule includes Mon-Fri, 8a-430p.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) license
- State-specific licensure requirements
- 1 year PT, home health
- HCHB experience
