Contract - PT - Home Health Physical Therapist

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, assess movement patterns, strength, and range of motion, and diagnose impairments to develop individualized treatment plans. Design and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation while educating patients on self-care strategies and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, NPTE license, and one year of home health HCHB experience. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Health insurance is available upon assignment start.
