Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, assess movement patterns, strength, and range of motion, and diagnose impairments to develop individualized treatment plans. Design and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities while educating patients on self-care strategies and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed. Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree, NPTE license, and one year of home health experience with HCHB charting. Mon-Fri, 8a-430p.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) license
- State-specific licensure requirements
- 1 year PT, home health
- HCHB experience
