Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, assess movement patterns, and diagnose impairments to develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities while educating patients on self-care and injury prevention. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to monitor progress and adjust care as needed. Requires Master's or Doctoral degree, NPTE license, and one year of home health HCHB experience. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8a-430p.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) license
- State-specific licensure requirements
- 1 year PT, home health
- HCHB experience
