This remote, full-time role emphasizes high-volume candidate outreach (125+ outgoing calls weekly) and conducting 10+ interviews weekly, building pipelines, educating clients on services and fees, and acting as an account manager to foster strong client and candidate relationships. Requires commission-based sales experience, strong communication, collaboration with a team of recruiters and managers, and proficiency with recruitment tools and Google Docs/Sheets. Compensation is commission-based with an earning potential of $85,000-$150,000 annually, plus occasional weekend/evening hours.
Required Qualifications
