Job Summary
Contract Photographer needed in Northern Michigan to join our real estate media team as a Media Pro. Responsibilities include capturing high-quality real estate photography, video walkthroughs, and drone media (if certified); following shooting standards and workflow; interacting professionally with Realtors and homeowners; traveling to properties across the Northern MI area; uploading media by 8:00 PM on shoot days; maintaining availability via Google Calendar; and communicating with the Local Owner. Typical shoots last 40–90 minutes, with up to 6 properties per day. Compensation is paid per service with an hourly equivalent of $25–$45/hour and additional travel pay; part-time independent contractor arrangement with flexible scheduling and potential for certification-driven earning increases.
Required Qualifications
- Professional photography or videography experience required
- Real estate photography experience preferred (not required — training provided)
- FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred OR willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule
- Professional appearance and punctuality required
- Proof of Part 107 status (if applicable)
