Job Summary
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers, managing communication, relationships, and the customer portfolio P&L. Own contract leadership and fulfillment, including project deliverables, T&Cs, LD & Bonus structures, and the injection of new technology. Lead direction for emergent/forced outage resolution, organize milestone meetings, and manage outage/non-outage parts planning, quotes, and orders. Develop site communication plans, coordinate regular reviews, and process change orders and invoicing. Sell flow-type services including Parts, Outage Field Services, and Lease Engines from opportunity identification through sales conversion. Manage Digital and Total plant solutions agreements while balancing warranty considerations and concessions. Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of technical field experience in heavy-duty gas turbine or steam power. Remote position with a salary range of $119,600 to $199,400.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College
- Associate's degree from a college
- High School Diploma / GED
- 7 years of experience in a power generation industry
- Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical / engineering degree ie. Mechanical, Electrical
- Experience planning and executing outages
- Strong quality background with Black Belt certification
- Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills
- Team leader in a dynamic, energetic and proactive environment
- Experience working with customer leadership teams
- Demonstrated communication & organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete a drug screen (as applicable)
