Job Summary
Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies, administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient progress, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate residents and families on health management. Maintain a safe and clean environment while working full-time day shifts for an 8-week local contract with rotating weekends. The LPN or RN will receive a rate of $40 or $45 per hour, with no housing or travel expenses covered. Applicants must hold a valid Missouri nursing license and possess strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active & valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation
