Job Summary
The Contract Negotiation Specialist will oversee and streamline contract review and management processes, ensuring efficient reviews of commercial contracts, risk identification, and stakeholder support. The role requires strong experience in contract management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements, managing the contract lifecycle, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with business practices.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed attorney
- 3-5 years of legal experience in contracts management
- Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills in Portuguese
- Advanced proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in tech companies
- Experience implementing or managing contract management systems (CLM)
Additional Requirements
- Available to work on site from Monday to Thursday in our offices in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo
