Job Summary
Contract Material Logistics Agent in Montreal ensures on-time delivery of parts and materials to the assembly line, defines strategy for production kits, coordinates catch-up plans with stakeholders, communicates shortages to procurement and manufacturing, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The role involves participating in improvement projects (Operational Excellence, 5S, cost and inventory reduction, value-added production), and requires bilingual (French and English) communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and BAAN ERP experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent college diploma with relevant work experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in the logistics field
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with BAAN ERP is a major asset
