Job Summary
Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value construction and infrastructure contracts on large-scale projects. Provide strategic contract guidance to project teams, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, cost, and schedule requirements, review scopes and pricing, monitor contractor performance, manage changes including variations and extensions of time, and lead on-site progress and documentation to deliver safe, sustainable, high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value contracts
- Sound knowledge of contract law and the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation in a commercial context
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and provide clear, confident guidance to a broad range of stakeholders
- Proven capability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and managing sensitive stakeholder relationships in a constructive and respectful way
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across diverse teams and organisational levels
- A relevant qualification in Business, Law, Commerce, or equivalent experience
