Contract Manager til Servicecentret på OUH

Develop and implement processes, methods, and standards for service contracts across the hospital's technical operations. Draft and execute service agreements in close collaboration with the operations organization and external vendors while monitoring contract performance, quality, and delivery compliance. Establish KPIs and data foundations to drive contract management, conducting risk assessments to ensure operational stability. Coordinate needs between technical, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to align service delivery with patient-first goals. Manage documentation, follow-up, and adherence to relevant standards and management systems. This new role within Building Operations and Services supports the hospital's daily functioning across Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg, and Ærø.
