Job Summary
Experienced Contracts Manager to independently oversee procurement-related contracts, from initial diligence through to negotiation and ongoing management. You’ll lead review and negotiation of supplier agreements including IT, SaaS, outsourcing, and professional services contracts; manage onboarding, renewals, and terminations; partner with Legal, IT, and Data Privacy to ensure compliance and security; oversee and enhance the contract management system and track deadlines and supplier obligations.
