Contract Manager (Senior Water Treatment Operator)

Oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery of services, including Critical Process Cleaning, Building & Process Equipment Maintenance, HVAC & Mechanical, and Water Treatment Management. Interact daily with customer contacts involved in maintenance and production to ensure all tasks are accomplished safely with the highest quality. Engage the team daily, challenge the status quo, and deliver timely solutions to potential issues so clients can focus on their core business. Requires 7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to function in a high-paced, stressful environment.
