Job Summary
Contract Manager for PMC Data Centre in Malaysia. Take full responsibility for pre- and post-contract administration using the FIDIC contract suite, manage procurement of Long Lead Equipment, evaluate/negotiate complex variations, resolve EOT claims, and safeguard client cash flows in final account closeouts. Role requires 8+ years in construction contract management, 3+ years on high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects, mastery of FIDIC, strong cost procurement skills, and understanding of mission-critical engineering systems. Based in Johor with a 1-year contract (potential extension); relocation support not available. Active professional credentials (PMP, RICS/ISM, or BQSM) valued.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction contract management
- At least 3 years’ experience working on high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects
- Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions
- Strong cost procurement skills
- Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems
