Job Summary
Contract Manager role-based leadership for Pareto FM at a high-profile client site in London. Fully site-based across two buildings, responsible for end-to-end delivery of integrated facilities management services (hard and soft services), team performance, client relationships, governance, budgeting, and continuous service improvements. You will lead on operational delivery, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, manage subcontractors, drive safety culture, and deliver projects from scope to completion in a client-facing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Facilities Manager or similar senior FM role
- Strong knowledge of soft services, with a solid understanding of hard services
- Experience managing integrated FM services in a client-facing environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and challenge teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CAFM systems and BMS platforms
- High level of IT literacy, including Google Workspace / Microsoft tools
- A resilient, adaptable approach in a fast-paced operational environment
