Job Summary
Act as the Contract Manager with full authority to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure adequate service performance through the Contracting Officer's Representative. Prevent unauthorized out-of-scope services by contractor employees and verify all modifications are issued by the KO. Lead business development and capture activities across the National Guard Bureau, expanding opportunities within agencies like USDA and DOJ. Support proposal development, capture planning, customer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives while participating in executive strategy sessions to strengthen NextStep Technology's Federal portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Leading and supporting business development and capture activities across the National Guard Bureau
- Expanding opportunities within agencies such as USDA, DOJ, and other Federal organizations
- Supporting proposal development, capture planning, customer engagement, and strategic growth initiatives
- Participating in executive strategy sessions and corporate planning discussions
