Job Summary
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Contracts Manager to support contract administration and business growth for the Warfare Systems Business Group. The role involves serving as a contractual business advisor, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, negotiating contract terms, supporting proposal development, and using Unison Contract Lifecycle Management software. Candidates need extensive experience in contracts management and should maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field
- 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience
- Top Secret Clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI/Poly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing contracts, subcontracts, and/or pricing professionals
- Experience with Firm Fixed Price contract types
- 10+ years of government contracting experience
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Experience supporting proposal efforts, including the management of cost narratives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
