Job Summary
Contract Manager responsible for leading and managing complex commercial agreements, negotiating and drafting contract terms tailored to each deal, coordinating with legal, IT and enterprise risk, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and business objectives. Will oversee multiple projects, develop execution plans, assess risks, engage internal stakeholders, redline contracts to protect MassMutual, negotiate with suppliers, plan negotiation strategy, and streamline contracting processes within MassMutual Romania’s procurement team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience in contract evaluation, drafting and redlining
- Detail-oriented with accuracy and precision
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven business insight with sharp critical thinking
- Highly organized with time management and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in developing and executing strategic contracting and negotiation approaches for sophisticated commercial agreements
- Proficient in collaborating with diverse procurement teams and supplier relationship management
