Contract Manager IT (H/F)

Define and implement a performance strategy for the contractual activity of an enterprise. Supervise and intervene on all key steps related to the contract lifecycle. Rationalize contractual processes to gain productivity and facilitate decision-making. Identify, prevent, and manage litigation risks linked to regulations and their evolutions. Communicate and serve as the interface with all stakeholders involved in a project or contract, including internal legal, marketing, commercial, and financial teams, as well as external clients, providers, and administrative authorities. This role supports Innoha's growth in France and internationally (Spain & Canada), working within a cabinet environment serving major CAC 40 clients.
