Job Summary
Manage contracts throughout the full project cycle by supporting their drafting, evaluation, and administration, specifically within UAV-GC, RAW, and related agreements. Advise project teams on contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities while guiding complex issues under civil and environmental law frameworks. Monitor contract performance, enforce agreements, and handle changes, claims, and additional or reduced work. Coordinate contract documentation and reporting while assisting in tendering and negotiations. This role focuses on civil and environmental legal matters within infrastructure and energy projects, offering a key position in a dynamic company driving the energy transition.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding
- 2 jaar werkervaring
- Kennis en ervaring in civiel- en/of omgevingsrecht
- Ervaring met contractmanagement binnen energie, infra, techniek of bouw
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
Desired Qualifications
- Bij voorkeur in Rechten of Bedrijfskunde
- Ervaring binnen de techniek of bouw
- Engels
- Interesse in de energietransitie
