Job Summary
Conduct complex IT project contract management for high-stakes engagements between Accenture, clients, and vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial, legal, and financial aspects. Negotiate amendments and agreements to align contracts with operational reality while monitoring project execution and identifying associated risks. Lead governance activities in contractual and operational committees, supervise operational contract managers, and drive contract activation within project governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage account finances and share best practices for low-risk opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bac +5 (droit, école d'ingénieur, école de commerce)
- 10 années d'expérience minimum en tant que Contract Manager / Juriste / Chef de projet ou Acheteur IT
- Bon niveau d'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Compétences substantielles en lien avec le Contract Management et/ou les contrats informatiques
- L'univers IT vous est familier
