Contract Manager (Evisort Experience)

Job Summary
Contract Manager role overseeing the CLM platform (Evisort/Workday CLM) including configuration, ingestion, metadata, workflows, and ongoing optimization; responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, and executing NDAs, teaming agreements, supplier and customer contracts (MSA & SOW), evaluating RFP terms, assisting with proposal pricing and profitability tracking, creating standardized internal contract practices, forwarding contracts for CFO signature, addressing contract issues, ensuring compliance with policies and laws, partnering with Sales Operations, and supporting CFO on projects. Requires hands-on experience with Evisort/Workday CLM, knowledge of U.S. contract management standards and applicable laws, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study preferred
- Hands-on experience using Evisort (Workday CLM) required; candidates who have led or materially supported a CLM implementation are strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. contract management standards, planning, solicitation processes, contract monitoring, and compliance practices
- Knowledge of U.S. local, state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to procurement and contracting
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong partnership with Deal Desk and RFP Team
- Experience integrating CLM platforms with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
- Experience administering or deploying Evisort (Workday CLM) required or strongly preferred
- Experience with Workday Financials, Workday HCM, or Workday ecosystem tools preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
