Contract Manager (Data Centre)

Contract Manager (Data Centre) oversees contract administration, governance, and commercial management across large-scale data centre developments. Responsibilities include administering contracts across the project lifecycle, managing variations and claims (MEP and specialist packages), reviewing EOTs and cost claims, negotiating with contractors and vendors, maintaining records to support positions, coordinating procurement and bid evaluations, and shaping contract strategy for mechanical (HVAC) and electrical systems, data centre equipment, and installations. Requires experience with complex contracts, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with contract forms such as FIDIC/NEC. Stakeholder liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; risk and compliance management; and ensuring alignment with project delivery timelines. Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 10–15 years of experience preferred; an inclusive, flexible work environment is emphasized.
