Job Summary

Contract Manager role overseeing fire sprinkler projects across domestic, residential, and commercial sectors. Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, acting as main point of contact for clients, coordinating teams and subcontractors, maintaining accurate documentation, attending site/contract meetings, and supporting the Operations Director. Hybrid role with a mix of home, office, and site-based work, requiring travel nationwide; office presence 1–2 days per week at Burton Latimer. LPCB-qualified candidates with ≥5 years’ experience and a full UK driving licence are preferred. The organisation is CT Fire Protection Ltd (part of Complii), with over 30 years in design, installation, service, and maintenance of automatic fire sprinkler systems across the UK.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project or contract management within the fire sprinkler sector
  • Strong knowledge of standards such as BS EN 12845, NFPA, FM, and BS5306 Part 2
  • LPCB qualifications or willingness to work towards
  • full UK driving licence
  • ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships
  • leadership and mentorship of teams and subcontractors
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
