Job Summary
Oversee and manage multiple fire sprinkler projects from concept through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining compliance with all relevant standards. Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and handling issues professionally. Support the Operations Director in day-to-day running, lead and coordinate teams and subcontractors, and maintain accurate project documentation. This flexible role requires office-based presence one to two days per week at Burton Latmier, with travel to sites nationwide. We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, a company pension, and a car allowance. Join a well-established LPCB 1048 approved contractor with over 30 years of experience in automatic fire sprinkler systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project or contract management within the fire sprinkler industry
- Strong knowledge of standards such as BS EN 12845, NFPA, FM, and BS5306 Part 2
- Experience working in a similar role within the wider fire sector
- Confident leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a small, collaborative team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Health & safety knowledge
- Experience liaising with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
- LPCB qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving licence
- Office based one to two days per week (Burton Latmier)
