Job Summary
Monitor, track, and evaluate partner agency and service provider performance against targets to ensure service quality and cost effectiveness. Analyze contracts for financial adequacy, develop modification agreements, and review progress to recommend payment approvals or withholdals. Maintain the integrity of the contract database, analyze data trends for project progress, and provide technical assistance to partner staff. Negotiate group home contracts as needed and notify relevant departments of identified problems. Travel locally up to 10% to support these functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Business Administration) or related from accredited institution
- two years experience in business or child welfare
- Current Background Clearance Screening Letter
- Valid Florida driver's license
- ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel locally up to 10%
