Job Summary
Manage realization and maintenance contracts by aligning terms with evolving project contexts and mitigating risks across all stakeholder parties. Develop contract strategies, monitor supplier performance, and analyze results to identify improvements within the management process. Collaborate closely with Development, Project Management, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and achieve contractual targets. Leverage strategic and analytical skills to translate complex contract issues into clear solutions for clients and subcontractors. Work in a hybrid model with 3 days in office and 2 days at home, contributing to the company's mission of drastically reducing CO2 emissions in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- HBO- of academisch werk- en denkniveau
- bij voorkeur in een technische richting
- ervaring met contractmanagement binnen de ontwikkeling, realisatie en exploitatie van infrastructurgerelateerde projecten
- Kennis van de infra- en/of installatiebranche
- ervaring met het managen van realisatie- en onderhoudscontracten
- strategisch sterk
- analytisch
- uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders, zoals opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers
- in staat om complexe contractvraagstukken om te zetten in heldere oplossingen
