Job Summary
Manage the Red River Army Depot Supplemental Labor contract by planning, directing, and supervising business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions across the Red River, Anniston, Sierra, and Watervliet Army Depots. Direct program decisions on technical approaches, cost, and scheduling while monitoring progress against milestones and budgetary guidelines. Lead the human resources, finance, contracts, and logistics functions for a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing payroll, purchasing, equipment accountability, and labor relations with union representatives. Serve as the principal liaison to the client and ACC-RRAD COR, reporting progress, resolving issues, and executing contract modifications and option periods. Maintain comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs and prepare periodic budget reports to senior management. Available 24/7 to support operations across multiple shifts and time zones, with TDY assignments both CONUS and OCONUS.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years managing diverse and integrated work forces (e.g., professionals, engineers, technicians, craftsmen, etc.)
- Seven to ten (7-10) years' experience managing a large number of diverse labor categories and multiple shifts consisting of Collective Bargaining Agreement and Service Contract Agreement employees
- Minimum of five (5) years' documented management experience managing 50+ personnel both directly and indirectly with or in support of the US military
- Bachelor's Degree in business, Acquisition, Supply Chain, or relevant equivalency
- 10 years' experience in Army Depot maintenance/production operations
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
- Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level
- US Citizenship
