Job Summary

Supervise electricity and SECT teams to ensure operational coordination and performance, acting as the single point of contact with the client electricity manager. Monitor contractual performance indicators, propose complementary work solutions, and manage direct reports while developing their skills. Ensure compliance of all electrical attestations, plan and write High Voltage shutdown procedures per safety standards, and oversee partners and subcontractors to meet contractual commitments and service quality. Requires minimum 3 years in technical maintenance, engineering diploma, and team management experience. Salary ranges from 4,068.38 to 5,085.48 euros gross/month.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in technical maintenance (HVAC, electricity, sanitary, fire detection, etc.) in tertiary or industrial buildings
  • Demonstrable experience in team management
  • Engineering diploma (industrial/civil) or equivalent by experience
  • Fluent French
  • English mastery and/or Dutch mastery
