Job Summary
Contract Administrator role based in Chennai, India, supporting the sales team with frontline inquiry handling, validating amendments to existing contracts, managing vendor and business license certifications (state, federal, international), assembling and processing subcontractor agreements, preparing Order Forms, Certificates of Insurance, and NDAs, and handling redlines for NDAs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in business law, with strong organizational, communication, and team-work skills, plus knowledge of IP laws and policies. Hybrid working arrangement is provided.
Required Qualifications
