Job Summary
Contract Management Support Specialist for Professional Administrative & Management Support Services (PAMSS) supporting Federal Energy & Nuclear Sector clients, located on-site in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Responsibilities include providing specialized administrative and technical support to contracting officers, preparing, routing, and distributing contract-related correspondence, maintaining contract modification records, and preparing reports; tracking contracts, supporting procurement documentation, and monitoring compliance. Requires 4–6 years of acquisition or contract support experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field; strong knowledge of FAR and federal contracting processes; United States Citizenship required; this is a full-time, on-site role with the DOE Idaho Operations Office, Idaho Falls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience
- 4–6 years acquisition or contract support experience
- Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and FAR principles (especially Parts 4, 13, 15, 16)
- U.S. Citizenship Required
