Job Summary
Contract Management Specialist responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer and sales-related contract documentation—from initial request through signature and archiving. Collaborates with Sales, Legal Counsel, Trade Compliance, Finance, Order Entry, Deal Desk and Fulfilment to ensure contracts meet business requirements and AVEVA governance standards. Drafts/edits documents such as NDAs, Termination Letters, Novation Letters and Price Escalation notices under Legal and senior CM supervision. Supports activities within the quote-to-fulfilment process (Trade Compliance, Credit Checks, bidding, pre-qualification); facilitates timely contract signature and maintains accurate archives. Requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of commercial contract terminology and processes; based in Kuala Lumpur and supporting various parts of the EMEA region, with working hours aligned to UK time. Proficiency in English and MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Acrobat and DocuSign CLM is desirable. Willingness to support EMEA time zones and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in commercial contract management or administration
- Hands-on experience in commercial contract management or administration
- Proven experience drafting and reviewing contracts with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
