Job Summary
Contract Management Specialist within the CAM team based in India. Responsibilities include end-to-end contract lifecycle management (review, validate, and electronically execute contracts, annexes, and amendments for LAS and Artist Services), risk & compliance (KYC procedures, producer data, legal entities, contractual terms, approvals), strategic advisory to Sales, deviation analysis, SLA/KPI optimization, data integrity and back-office governance, contract migrations and bulk amendments, data corrections, and onboarding of new clients. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and full professional proficiency in English; proficiency with CLM tools and Google Workspace is preferred; French language ability is an advantage given global footprint; role emphasizes analytical mindset, process-driven approach, autonomy, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams.
Required Qualifications
