Job Summary
Contract Management Specialist (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) with The Boeing Company, joining the Commercial Contracts team in Seattle, WA; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; Dallas or Plano, TX. Responsible for negotiating and contracting aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and IP licensing; prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements; coordinates with internal functional disciplines; summarizes contractual issues and supports development of solutions and risk mitigation; supports external negotiations with a broad set of customers.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
- 1+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
