Job Summary
Contract Management Specialist responsible for ensuring valid contracts with indirect partners across markets and managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution, timely entry of contractual obligations, and annual contract renewals; implements contract management policies to ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements; collaborates with Finance, Legal, Partner Operations and Partner Sales to align contracts with strategic goals; participates in cross-functional and international projects to improve processes for easier cooperation and operations; joins an international Partner Operations and Direct Export team focused on spreading Dutch technology globally; role involves working with multiple regions and in a health-technology context where Philips aims to improve patient and provider access to affordable healthcare.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, Law, Data Science or Supply Chain
- 2 years of experience in an operational international sales support environment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels and cultures
- Ability to interpret and translate business/legal contracts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and motivated team-player
- Willingness to learn and adapt in an international setting
