Job Summary
Draft contract modifications including TTOs, Award Fee Plans, and CDRLs; track, analyze, and report contract costs; and monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms and receipt of goods and services. Maintain tracking schedules with award fee documents, consolidate data, and manage burn rates, outlays, and DARQ actions. Requires active Top Secret SCI with polygraph, eight years of DoD or commercial contract management experience, and proficiency with FACTS, CMIS, and MS Excel pivot tools. This pipeline position opens periodically on awarded contracts for on-site work in the Annapolis Junction, Maryland area.
Required Qualifications
- active Top Secret SCI with polygraph
- Eight (8) years of DoD, IC, or commercial experience in contract management or finance
- Bachelor's Degree with a business focus
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification OR DAWIA Level I in both Contracting and Program Management plus an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years
- In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience for a total of thirteen (13) years
- Experience in tracking of programs/project/contract status in areas of cost, schedule and performance
- Experience with award fee incentivized contracts
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot chart
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using financial management system and its interfaces (currently FACTS and CMIS)
