Job Summary
Cover 36 hours per week from 5 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. as an LTC/Rehab LPN for a 16-week contract in Bloomfield, NM. Provide direct patient care and support within a long-term care or rehabilitation setting. Maintain an unencumbered New Mexico or Compact LPN license and hold current BLS certification. Requires at least one year of relevant LTC/Rehab LPN experience. Start date is ASAP.
