Contract Logistics Team Leader

Lead a warehouse operations team in Kontich, Belgium, overseeing daily tasks and resource allocation; monitor productivity, quality of goods handling, and adherence to planning; drive continuous improvement in workflows, staffing, and resource use; train and coach employees, conduct performance and behavioral guidance; lead team communications and foster collaboration; ensure accurate administration and reporting, including planning updates and data registration; safeguard QSHE and safety, maintain a clean, well-organized workplace; requires experience in contract logistics/warehousing, strong communication in English and Dutch, and flexibility to work early/late shifts with occasional Saturdays.
