Job Summary
Develop and maintain operations and maintenance training technical content, including presentations, manuals, and illustrated parts breakdowns for the AN-TPY-2 system. Research engineering data and technical documentation to revise training plans and create effective learning solutions. Deliver instructor-led classroom training, workshops, and seminars while evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Conduct administrative support for the CLS Team and interface with DoD customers and international partners to optimize product support and ensure Operational Readiness. Requires a Secret security clearance, domestic and international travel up to 15%, and a university degree with five years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Secret - Current Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance on day 1
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
- Experience in training instruction and training development in a military or civilian environment
- Experience with the AN/TPY-2 system and/or similar missile defense system
- Domestic and international travel (up to 15%)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to analyze technical documentation and training materials while working independently and collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience writing to military specifications
- Familiarity with radar, sensor systems, or other advanced electronic systems, particularly within DoD programs
- Master Instructor or Master Training Specialist Certification, or equivalent training expertise
- Self-driven approach to ownership of training
