Contract Logistics - Site Manager

Contract Logistics Site Manager responsible for the overall performance of a contract logistics site, including warehousing, customer service and administration to achieve agreed financial and operational objectives by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Drive KPIs in safety, cost, quality, delivery, environment and people; oversee safe warehousing operations with appropriate skills and training; ensure compliance with external/internal standards; lead all office and warehouse activities; drive customer onboarding/retention and operational excellence; contribute to tenders/proposals to support new business; ensure distribution activities deliver correct transport solutions; require strong leadership to motivate and develop large, diverse teams, analytical ability to improve productivity, cost utilization, space efficiency and process efficiency, and experience in multi-customer environments and digitalisation initiatives.
