Job Summary
Lead contract logistics operations at adidas Campus South Mantua in a fully automated warehouse. Coordinate department activities, plan and organize resources, and manage small to medium-sized teams while ensuring safety, HR processes (absence, attendance, sick leave), and alignment with Safety rules. Monitor workloads and KPIs, empower teams to achieve warehouse and business goals, and drive asset stewardship. Make recommendations to improve program operations and foster diverse, engaging work environments. Build strong relationships with peers, subordinates, and leadership to achieve results and support talent development and retention.
Required Qualifications
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in large scale (>300FTE) highly automated fulfilment operations
- strong exposure to analytical and metric oriented work contexts
- experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- expertise with people management related to small/medium size teams (20 up to 50) in logistics/productive environments
- focus on safety rules and HR topics
- ability to lead teams and align with enterprise values
